SHIPPING & HANDLING (does not apply to Instant Download products)
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed.  We ship worldwide via United States Postal Service.  Please make your desired shipping selection during the checkout process.

SALES TAX
All items shipped within the state of Minnesota will be taxed at a rate of 6.875%.

REFUNDS
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your map.  We will rectify the situation or refund your purchase price.

EXCHANGES
No exchanges are offered.

DAMAGES
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please hold onto the packaging and the damaged item. Contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to get a replacement out quickly.

PRIVACY
Red Pine Mapping does and will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties. The information we gather is used solely to process your order, track your purchases, and update your customer profile so that we can communicate with you better.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list, which is used to notify you of sales, map updates, and new products.  Of course, you do have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.
